Tickets Terms & Conditions

If you book in advance (recommended to guarantee your space), a booking reference number will be sent to the email address supplied at the time of booking. PrimEvil tickets are only available through the PrimEvil website and we do not use third party ticket vendors for this event. Once payment has been confirmed, tickets booked are reserved for your specified date. Tickets are only valid on the date shown in the booking confirmation; we are unable to accept tickets for other dates. You MUST bring your email confirmation with the barcode with you.

PrimEvil at ROARR! operates a policy of tickets purchased are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be re-sold. PrimEvil tickets cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

PrimEvil reserves the right to discount the cost of tickets without having to refund existing ticket holders.

Any additional activity vouchers are non-refundable and do not hold a monetary value.

We offer a free Essential Companion ticket for one person accompanying a registered disabled guest. To be eligible for this ticket, you must show valid proof of carer status on entry: NIMBUS Access Card +1 or +2, carer’s allowance, or photographic ID of employed carer. Please contact Guest Services to enquire about an Essential Companion ticket on 01603 876310.

 

Payment and Prices

Credit/debit card transactions are made on a separate secure server, with full encryption of all credit card data. Your credit card details, and personal information will not be shared with any other company or organisation. Use of the ticket implies agreement with the rules of the park posted on our website. The ticket remains the property of ROARR! and is not for re-sale, is non-refundable and non-transferable. The management reserves the right to refuse admission to any ticket holder and, in the interest of the public and for safety reasons, we also reserve the right to request guests to leave the park at any time. Tickets purchased online cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Prices displayed on the site are subject to change without notice. Once you have paid, we will not increase the price of your ticket.

A non-refundable £2.95 booking fee applies per booking to cover general administrative business costs. This fee is separate from the ticket price and is non-refundable.

Tickets may be available on the gate at an additional £4.

Ticket Delivery

Your booking reference will be sent straight away to the email address you supplied. At busy times, please allow a couple of minutes for this to arrive and remember to check your junk mail folder if it isn’t in your inbox. Please bring this ticket with you on the day.

Ticket Transfers and Refunds

The Event

Vehicles are parked at the owners’ risk. We accept no responsibility for damage caused to any vehicles.

Entry to PrimEvil is from 6-9pm. Last entry to the event is 9pm. All attractions will close at the latest two hours after the last admission, this will be advertised on the night. Please ensure you have time to complete all attractions. Refunds cannot be issued for attractions not visited.

PrimEvil has a minimum age of 12. Proof of age may be requested. Children aged 12-17 must be accompanied by an adult (aged 18+) at all times, including through the Haunts.

No illegal substances or legal highs may be brought onto the premises at any time.

Any person deemed intoxicated, acting inappropriately or acting with criminal intent will be ejected from the event and their ticket invalidated. The management reserves the right to refuse admission to any ticket holder and, in the interest of the public and for safety reasons, we also reserve the right to request guests to leave the park at any time.

Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited, other than in the designated outdoor smoking areas.

No refunds will be issued for inclement weather or any further force majeure. If PrimEvil cancels an evening due to weather an exchange to another evening will be offered.

We reserve the right to refuse entry without explanation, and to alter, close or remove details of attractions without prior notice for technical, operational or other reasons. No refunds will be given in these circumstances.

Do not touch our actors, they will not touch you.

Food or drink may only be purchased from the event, we reserve the right to confiscate any items from outside the event

Due to the nature of the attractions, this event is not recommended for pregnant people, people with heart conditions, epilepsy, claustrophobia or of a nervous disposition. Always seek medical advice beforehand if you are affected by any of these conditions.

Dogs are not permitted. Guide dogs are allowed into the site but not in any of the attractions.

Our Haunts

Please check out the Haunts page to find out about the different Haunts. PrimEvil endeavour to ensure that as many of our Haunts and activities are available for use by guests. However, we reserve the right, without prior notice to close and change the programme of attractions and/or operating hours. PrimEvil at ROARR! reserves the right to close the whole or any part of the park, or to restrict the number of guests having access to an attraction/s or Haunts. The reason for any closure or restriction may include technical or operational reasons, capacity, inclement weather, special events or to ensure the Health & Safety, and security of guests if we consider the circumstances require it.

Adverse weather conditions may be a factor as to whether certain attractions such as Predator High Ropes or any of our other wooded areas are closed, but this is for your safety. No refunds or discounts are applicable during this time.

The actors are loud, scary and may use language that you find offensive – please do not book if you are easily offended. Due to the nature of the event actors may be in close proximity, they will not touch you, so please do not touch the actors.

Strobe lighting, loud noises and music, uneven flooring, chainsaws, smoke machines and synthetic fragrances are used at the Haunts.
