Ticketing
All Haunts are free-roaming so you can enjoy as many Haunts as many times as you dare.
Fast Track enjoy entry to PrimEvil, a go on Predator High Ropes, and one fast-track entry to each Haunt (or the same Haunt) across the Park during the night. You will receive 6 Fast Track tokens in total that you can use as you wish.
VIP enjoy entry to PrimEvil, a free drink at the bar, a go on Predator High Ropes, and unlimited fast-track entry to the Haunts across the park all night.
Super VIP: As a Super VIP, you’ll get unlimited fast-track entry to the Haunts, a go on Predator High Ropes, food and drink options, select merchandise, a go on the shock chairs and the Waltzer!
We encourage you to start your journey with us early and enjoy all the night has to offer. There will be street food providers, a licensed bar, live band, activities including Predator High Ropes, plus many entertainers to keep you company the whole night through.
Tickets can be purchased in advance by visiting our tickets page. PrimEvil tickets are only available through the PrimEvil website and we do not use third party ticket vendors for this event.
If we have not sold out of a night online, then tickets will be available on the gate and sold at full price which is £4 more than the online ticket price (subject to availability). To guarantee your entry and desired ticket type, we recommend booking online in advance.
Subject to availability, yes they can. Please be aware that PrimEvil has a maximum capacity to ensure that those attending get the opportunity to visit all attractions. We recommend booking in advance as we expect to sell out. Tickets can be purchased in advance by visiting our tickets page. If we have not sold out of a night online, then tickets will be available on the gate and sold at full price which is £4 more than the online ticket price (subject to availability). To guarantee your entry and desired ticket type, we recommend booking online in advance. Please be aware that if an evening sells out online there will be no tickets available on the gate.

PrimEvil is for adults and those aged 12+. Children aged 12-17 must be accompanied by an adult (ages 18+) at all times.
PrimEvil is scary! There are live actors that are loud, scary and may use language that you find offensive. Please do not attend if bad language offends you.
No, but we do offer a free Essential Companion ticket.
PrimEvil wants to ensure that all of our guests have an enjoyable visit. If you require extra assistance, a free Essential Companion ticket is available where support is needed that is significant and substantial and in excess of what could be reasonably expected of family/friends already accompanying you. The Essential Companion will need to bring proof of carer status. This can be in the form of NIMBUS Access card holder showing the +1 or +2 symbol (ID will be required on entry), proof of registered employed carer (photographic ID required on entry), receipt of carers allowance (please show this on the day), or they can attend as the companion of a wheelchair user.

There may be queues for the different attractions if you would like to guarantee that you will not have to queue you can purchase Fast Track or VIP tickets. For Fast Track, you receive 6 Fast Track tokens that you can use to enter each Haunt or the same Haunt/s multiple times. For VIP tickets, you get unlimited Fast Track throughout the evening.
Please note none of our Haunts are wheelchair, manual or motorised, accessible.
We do not offer family discounts but if you are a group of 10 and above then we offer group discounts. Please contact Guest Services to enquire about group tickets on 01603 876310.
ROARR! Annual Pass holders get 20% off their All Haunts ticket. You cannot use your Annual Pass holder discount with any other offer such as an Early Bird ticket release, Fast Track and VIP tickets. The ticket purchased using the discount must be in the name of the Annual Pass holder and the Annual Pass holder must be attending the event.
Admission tickets are non-refundable, not transferable to another evening and cannot be re-sold.
No, you will need to purchase an All Haunt, Fast Track or VIP ticket to gain entry to the park. It is up to you on whether you use your ticket to go through our Haunts.
PrimEvil is open for 14 nights over the Halloween period during October and November. Please check our ticketing page for availability and dates.

The Experience
PrimEvil is Norfolk’s biggest multi award-winning scare attraction (better than Horror Train and Great Yarmouth!). It’s a scare themed evening out over the Halloween period, lasting 14 nights over October and November for people aged 12+.
You can enter PrimEvil between 6-9pm (the Haunts, bar and food outlets will close between 10.30pm and 11pm). There are six Haunts (our scare attractions), a food and beverage hub area, live bands, and activities including Predator High Ropes, shock chairs, the Waltzer and more – you can explore PrimEvil throughout the evening, make sure to leave yourself enough time to access all the Haunts. There may be queues at some of our Haunts, but with 6 to enjoy, we recommend trying another Haunt before joining the queue.
The Haunts themselves are full of scares and have different themes, please check the Haunts section on our website for details. There are live actors, narrow spaces, dark areas and more.
The event is aimed at adults and those aged 12+. Children aged 12-17 must be accompanied by an adult (aged 18+) at all times, including through the Haunts. If children are seen to be without an adult then they will be questioned and could potentially be removed from PrimEvil.
PrimEvil is scary! We do not recommend PrimEvil if you are averse to any of the following: strobe lights, flashing lights, sudden shockwaves, sudden surprises, loud noises, chainsaws, boisterous actors, car horns, air cannons, dark spaces, clowns, claustrophobic areas, uneven ground, moving floors, smoke machines and synthetic fragrances, and bad language (swearing, dark and crude humour, shouting).
Yes. Four of the attractions are indoors albeit the queuing areas are outdoors. Route 666 and The Offering are outdoor attractions set in natural woodland.

Yes. All the attractions involve highly trained live actors, many of whom are considered to be extremely scary.
The actors are loud, scary and may use language that you find offensive – please do not book if you are easily offended. Due to the nature of the event actors may be in close proximity, they will not touch you, so please do not touch the actors.
None of our Haunts are wheelchair accessible.
Fancy Dress/ Masks
We welcome visitors in fancy dress although no full face masks please and any props may need to be left at the entrance to the Haunts.
Weather Appropriate Clothing and Footwear
The Haunts themselves are indoors, however, the queueing areas and the rest of the park is outdoors, so you will be exposed to the elements during the evening. As we usually expect rain in October please wear clothing to suit the weather on the evening.
PrimEvil has hard walkways and we have gone to a lot of trouble to ensure that the surfaces are suitable for all weathers. That said, some are in natural woodland, so be prepared and wear suitable footwear. PrimEvil in part, is located on a hillside so there will be some steep slopes.
Flat, comfortable shoes are advised, high heels are not.
Yes, all our Haunts will contain these elements, if you are sensitive to these conditions, we would advise not to attend any of the attractions.
Those who suffer from claustrophobia and have a nervous disposition are not recommended to enter.
Food & Drink
Yes, PrimEvil will feature a line-up of well-known local street food vendors at this year’s event, including Zaks, Phat Khao, Deans Beans, Smash and Dash, The Mac Shack, East Coast Pizza, Candy Cables, and The Food Dude.
The Bitter & Twisted Bar will be open all night, with Adnams returning as our official bar partner, serving beer, wine and spirits throughout the event.
Yes. Only alcohol purchased at PrimEvil is permitted, all other alcohol will be taken away at the entrance during the routine bag search. We also have a strict policy on refusing drinks to any guest who has reached their limit.
We are only using reusable cups at our event. These will come at an additional cost which can be used throughout the night when you purchase drinks and taken away as a souvenir.
Facilities
Yes. We have toilet facilities located around the park.
No – even assisted guide dogs may be stressed by the nature of the event. Please enquire further.
We will be providing some cover over the Haunt queues, however there will be uncovered areas and walk ways where you may be exposed to the elements. As we usually expect rain in October please wear clothing to suit the weather on the evening.

Pregnancy
PrimEvil can get hectic with movement, jumps, tight spaces, uneven flooring, and scares. It is NOT recommended if you are pregnant.
Heart Condition
If you have any concerns with a heart condition, then it would be advised not to attend any of the attractions.
Arthritis
Please ensure you are fit to attend.
Under Medical Treatment
Please remember this event is mostly outdoors, with queuing and exposure to the elements, please only attend if you think you are fit enough.
Epilepsy and Visual Hypersensitivity
Please be aware that strobe and flashing lights are used on all the Haunts.
Claustrophobia
All our Haunts have enclosed spaces and narrow corridors in areas of low lighting. PrimEvil is not recommended for people that suffer from claustrophobia.
Restricted or limited movement
PrimEvil has movement, jumps, scares, uneven flooring, mixed flooring types, queues, and in part, is located on a hillside so there will be some steep slopes. Lots of walking involved at PrimEvil to explore the Haunts. Seating is available throughout PrimEvil, excluding the Haunts and queuing areas.
Please note none of our Haunts are wheelchair accessible.
Asthma and Airway Hyperresponsiveness
Please be aware that smoke machines and synthetic fragrances are used at the Haunts.
Noise Sensitivity
Please be aware that loud noises and music are used at the Haunts, and music is played at the Hub food and drink area.
Nervous Disposition
Those who have a nervous disposition are not recommended to enter.
Queuing
There may be queues for the different attractions if you would like to guarantee that you will not have to queue you can purchase Fast Track or VIP tickets.
A couple of our Haunts are based on a hill with a steep decline to access and has a lower gradient incline throughout. This pathway is mostly tarmacked but with a section of rough, uneven path at the top, with some narrow turns.
Please note none of our Haunts are wheelchair accessible.
