SECURITY & SAFETY AT PRIMEVIL
Security & Safety
Last updated: 17 December 2025
At PrimEvil, safety and security are a critical part of our business and our top priority for both guests and staff at all times. Our procedures have been developed in consultation with Norfolk Police and relevant security services and are kept under constant review.
There are many security measures in place across the park – some visible and some behind the scenes. We monitor the park 24 hours a day, and our trained staff are on hand to help ensure everyone has a safe, secure and enjoyable visit. Please cooperate fully with any security checks, and don’t be surprised if a member of our team approaches you to say hello – they’re there to help keep everyone safe.

Help Us Keep You Safe
We kindly ask all guests to remain vigilant during their visit, report anything suspicious to a member of our staff, and keep personal belongings secure at all times.
